Dr. Aleem has been working to transform and revolutionize physical therapy and rehabilitation in Pakistan. He is an internationally recognized expert in treating disorders related to human movement.
Dr. Aleem is the best physical therapist and spinal manual therapist not only in twin cities i.e. Rawalpindi and Islamabad but also in the whole of Pakistan. He has vast experience in the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation and has numerous certifications as well. He is the only certified Mulligan practitioner in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. He is an expert in treating different conditions like neck pain, back pain, sports injuries, spinal issues, sciatica, etc.
Dr. Aleem did his graduation a Bachlor’s in Physical Therapy (BSPT) from Rawalpindi Medical University, Rawalpindi in 2014. He has also done Post Professional Doctor in Physical Therapy (PP-DPT) from ISRA University, Islamabad campus in 2019.
About Dr. Aleem
He has worked at Maroof International Hospital, Islamabad for 3 years. Dr. Aleem has also served as head of the department and founder of Islamabad Oasis, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation Center. He is also currently teaching at Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University, PIMS, Islamabad.
After that Dr. Aleem decided to establish a network of state-of-the-art physical therapy and rehabilitation centers across Pakistan and set up the foundation of Islamabad Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center (IPRC) in Bahria town as head office to transform physical therapy and rehabilitation. He indulged highly trained staff to maximize patient performance and outcome. In December 2019, he set up another branch of IPRC at G-8/4 Islamabad.

Dr. Aleem has done various certifications in the field of physical therapy. He is Certified Spinal Manual therapist (Manual concepts, Australia). Spinal manual therapy is used to relieve neck pain, back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions by application of forces at joints of spine. These treatments are helpful in restoring spine dysfunctional areas.
Certified Mulligan Practitioner
He is also Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) in 2020. Mulligan Manual therapy is used to treat pain and injuries like back pain, neck pain, upper and lower extremities injuries. It reduces pain and improves mobility and range of motion. Mulligan concepts include natural apophyseal glides (NAGS), Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides (SNAGS) and Mobilization with Movement (MWM) to treat variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Aleem is Certified Kinesiology taping Practitioner (Kinesio University, US). Kinesio taping method is a therapeutic technique that is utilized by rehabilitation experts is used to change muscle tone, correct movement, improve posture, reduce pain, decrease fluid buildup and improves flow. He is also Orthopedic Sports Kinesiotaping specialist from Kinesio University, US.

Dr. Aleem is Certified in Chiropractic and Osteopathic techniques from iThurst, Italy. These techniques will help in reducing pain and improving mobility. It is also used in correcting posture.
